Motorsport is very physicly demanding and in touring car racing, in 30 degree ambient heat you can expect upto 50-60 degrees inside the car couple this with all of your fire proofs, suit, helmet etc and all of the concentration and physical forces applied to your body it gets hard work. So I'm currently and have been since before X-mas working really hard in the gym, I also enjoy running, mountain biking and surfing to stay fit. Still working off those two Christmas dinners ; )
